An observation from my time tracking process: I feel like I don’t have enough time to get everything done. I try to take breaks as needed but during those breaks often end up doing something distracting. Either I break for too long and waste more time or worse, I find myself unfocused and anxious about the work that has yet to be done. This anxiety can push me to get.
