Observations on Focus
An observation from my time tracking process:
I feel like I don’t have enough time to get everything done. I try to take breaks as needed but during those breaks often end up doing something distracting. Either I break for too long and waste more time or worse, I find myself unfocused and anxious about the work that has yet to be done. This anxiety can push me to get things done but it also sometimes prevents me from productivity while I find ways to overcome these emotions. This month I would like to focus on time tracking and scheduling specifically to help keep my focus.
